ASRE's Commitment to Sustainable Rural Empowerment
The Association for Sustainable Rural Empowerment (ASRE)
stands as a beacon of transformative change in the rural
development landscape of India. Our journey is rooted in a

to empower marginalized communities and catalyze positive,
lasting change in the lives of rural inhabitants.

To foster networking, association, collaboration, and
cooperation among voluntary and non-voluntary agencies,
government and non-government stakeholders, and other
entities committed to the promotion and development of the
rural economy in India. ASRE envisions planning and
developing strategies and need-based interventions to uplift
the rural economy, particularly economically vulnerable rural
women, seeking alternate income-generating sources.

ASRE is dedicated to developing networking and collaboration
to reduce poverty by providing poor households access to
gainful employment and skilled wage employment
opportunities. Our mission is to bring about appreciable
improvements in livelihoods sustainably. We achieve this by
implementing environmentally friendly, grassroots, need-based
