part horse which we can see in company’s logo.
We give the contract to the third party firm named ‘fashion’ for
manufacture the watches for us with our brand logo and requirement.
Our competition is stiff; competing with established companies
like Nixon and Fossil among other watch retailers. We focus on the
fashionable side of the industry, striving for watch fashion as an essential
wardrobe necessity.

We put our more efforts to this department because we give contract to
the ‘fashion ltd.’ for manufacture watches for our company with our
logo and as per requirement.
Our market targets teens and young adults looking to the best product.
The competition is very tough, but what differentiates us is our option
to fully customize a watch, wide range for choice and our customer
service.

• We offer a full line of men’s watches ranging from a variety of straps
and faces including metal links, leather, rubber, plastic, and wooden

These are the range of watches available at our company. And the price
of the watch depends on the selection of the watch and it starts from Rs.500 to
Rs.80,000. Special edition watches and jewelry watches are provided after only
getting any customer’s order.
Our sales target is to sell 2500 watches at an average price of 1000 per
year and we are projecting to make 25,00,000 in sales annually at starting period.
The profit will then be reinvested into our company to build new products and
cover expenses for the following year.

18. ADVERTISEMENTAND MARKETING OF PRODUCT.
Jewelry shop :
Our company do contract with two famous jewelry shops; kalamandir
and kalyan jewelry shop. We provide them some amount of watches with no cost
and they modified that watches as per order or their requirement. But the
condition is that our logo shouldn’t be erase. And they put the watches in them
shops for sell. In return they give 20% of profit after selling the modified watch.

Exhibition
We also do contract with SRK diamonds Pvt. Ltd., we provide them free watches and they work
on it and put modified watches to their diamond exhibition. We have to pay 20% rent of
exhibition hall. SRK sells that watches at their price and in return provide us 20% profit after the
selling of that watches.
Social media
For promoting our brand we use latest trend of youth; various social Medias like. We make pages
on twitter, Facebook, and instagram. And we also take orders from that and we will provide
delivery service for that.

Airport marketing
We will advertise our product at airport. Because airport is the best place to promote your brand
with an effective marketing. And the reason of this is the huge touristic flow in airports. And we
spend Rs. 50,000 – 60,000/month for that.
