2. If you can’t access your iCloud mail account, you won’t be able to
receive new emails. You can access your iCloud from Mac, iPad, or
PC. If your iCloud mail not receiving mails, consider the procedure
given here to fix the issue.
3. • Step 1:Make sure that your Internet connection is fast. If you have any issues,
try connecting your device to a mobile hotspot or network.
• Step 2:Reboot the iCloud application on your device and check whether you
are able to receive emails.
• Step 3:If your email account is offline, you won’t be able to send or receive
emails.
• Step 4:If you find that your account name is dimmed, your account may be
offline.
• Step 5:Turn it to online and check whether you receive mails on iCloud.

Accounts Online
• Step 8:Select the Mail menu and go to Preferences .

and turn on Push .
• Step 17:Now, compose an email and send it to your own iCloud and check if
you are able to receive it.
• Step 18:If you have multiple iCloud Mail accounts, turn on Push for an account
to fix the issue.
• Step 19:Ensure that Push is kept turned on for your main iCloud account.
