2. Daily Activity:
Expert in Mass hiring as handling walk-ins of 70-80 people on daily basis.
Helping them to properly fill up the CAF.
Taking care of PI test (Predictive Index) , Typing test and Aptitude test of every candidate on daily basis.
Taking up HR Round and then co-ordinating for further round of Interview with Business.
Sharing feedback and releasing offer letter to selected candidates after completing documentation.
Preparing joining Kits and hand over to HR-Ops.
Follow up with candidates for maximum joining and after joining proper follow up with them to stop
early attrition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling End-to-End Recruitment Cycle.
Handling Recruitments for Front Level and Middle Level.
HR Screening and short-listing the resumes.
Interviewing & scheduling candidates for given positions. Selection, Verification, Role & Compensation
fitment, negotiating salaries and closing of positions, follow up with candidates till joining take place.
Manage interviews by coordinating with hiring Managers / Partners and candidates.
Support the candidate through the interview process by providing clarification at each step and timely
completion of recruitment activities.
Generating CIBIL Reports of selected candidates.
Complete documentation and offer formalities within the timelines assigned for closing the position.
Updating joiner reports in Hirecraft and position tracker on day to day basis and preparation of
position and offer closed tracker.
Maintaining Daily sourcing tracker.
Understanding thoroughly the Manpower requirement of the company as a SPOC
Sourcing relevant profiles by portals, job postings, mass mailing, database, referral etc.
Short listing profiles based on respective specifications.
Identifying the right candidates and discussing with them to ensure their availability, interest, capability,
attitude, confidence level and other all requisites.
Organizing Face-to-Face interview or telephonic interview.
Scheduling bulk walk-in’s as and when necessary.
Coordinating with Consultants for given requirements & feedback and allocating new requirements to
the consultants to have right profile sourced for urgent requirements.
