Minestrone soup
1 ½ cups diced carrot
1 ½ cups sliced celery
1 ½ cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic crushed
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 (28 ounce) can of diced tomatoes, not drained
1 ½ tablespoons of Italian blend seasoning (marjoram,
thyme, rosemary, savory sage, oregano, and basil)
3 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons of seasoned black pepper
3 (14 ounce) cans of beef broth or 1 ½ (32 ounce) stock
½ pound of ground turkey brown
