GIFTS OF NATURE
Fruits and vegetables are beautiful gift of nature having many varieties
and many different tastes. They have a great storage of energy because they are rich in
vitamins and proteins.
There are many types of fruits having different varieties and varying taste,
but my favourite one is Mango ,the king of fruits due its yummy taste and juicy pulp. Itsโณ โณ
sweet taste dominates over all tastes.
Mango is also the national fruit of India and this yummy fruit is native to
India, Pakistan and Philippine. Especially India and Pakistan have many varieties and
thousands of mango orchards. Mango has different varieties depending upon its origin,
size and taste, for example Bombay, Dasheri, Langra. Every variety has different
specification and varies in colors also.
Mango juice is one of the most favourite juices of the world and different companies are
competing to make the most favorite juice. Sauces and jams are the other products of
mango which are making our dining table more attractive, and kids also like to take
mango jam in breakfast.
This is not the end, my favourite fruit and India s national fruit mangoโฒ
has infinite properties and health benefits, that s why this delicious fruit is myโฒ favourite
fruit.
Vegetables is one of the most important menu of food. My favourite
vegetable is spinach.
Looking for a great source of iron? What about potassium, calcium and beta-carotene? All
of these nutrients can be found in spinach! Furthermore, fiber is located in these leaves,
which also protects against heart disease.
Spinach is very rich with Vitamin-A and Vitamin C, it is good for our teeth
and for our eyes . China is the largest producer of spinach as per 2008 data and the
United States of America is the second largest producer of spinach.
Doctor always advise us to eat much vegetables and fruits because they are
the blessing for keeping us protected from diseases. Fruit and vegetables should be an
important part of your daily diet. They are naturally good and contain vitamins and
minerals that can help to keep you healthy.
