C. How do you think the information that you are supporting will contribute towards the final
document? How should your group adopt some of the points that you mentioned in the reference
articles?
It uses the part-by-part approach to be comprehensible.

I explain the economic feasibility of our company. It is important to identify cost and benefit
factors, which can be categorized as follows:
1. Development costs; and 2. Operating costs. This is an analysis of the costs to be incurred in
the system and the benefits derivable out of the system.

My plan is design the final report to select something that is important. You can that otherwise
leave out of the final ducument. But don't overdo things.
