Strength and Cardio Calorie-Burning Circuit/Interval Training
This intermediate/advanced calorie-burning workout will challenge every muscle in your body
with a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. This is a circuit and/or interval workout,
taking you from one exercise to another with little or no rest to keep your heart rate up.
All Fitness Levels Welcome…..so bring a towel, water or sports drink and be prepared to
transform your body!!!!!!!
