Rick Valderrama
Carmine Denisco is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of business
experience, with expertise in the product development, manufacturing
and retail industries. In 2009, Carmine was voted as one of Entrepreneur
Magazine’s Top Five Emerging Entrepreneurs and has gone on to
consult, coach and sit on the board of several flourishing startups.
Rick Valderrama began his career as an 11-year, highly decorated USAF
veteran. Rick has transitioned into a successful entrepreneur launching
successful engineering, telecom brokerage and sales consulting firms. He
is a trusted authority, and seasoned executive with over 20 years of
entrepreneurial experience.
Russ Barnes
Russ Barnes is a retired Colonel from the USAF. He is a combat decorated
veteran, a successful business owner and entrepreneur. He has
owned, operated and sold a successful company and has assisted business
owners with organizational development, strategic planning, and continuous
improvement programs. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and a
Masters Degree in Strategic Studies.

8. Product Licensing Manager
Darla Phillips leads our Product Licensing Team and is also the proud inventor of the
Luggage Spotter. She has successfully sold over $10,000,000 dollars worth of Luggage
Spotters and has successfully negotiated licensing agreements in the Ad Specialty industry
and is officially licensed with the NFL, NCAA, MLB, NBA and NHL. We are proud that she
has chosen to share her experience and her expertise with our clients.
