 In 2008, under supervision of R. Plokhikh were developed PhD thesis of G.J. Nurgaliyeva on
theme "Atyrau oblysynyң tabiғi-aumaқtyқ keshenderіnің tүr өzgertuі (transformatsiyasy)" [Anthropo-
genic transformation of nature-territorial complexes in Atyrau Oblast'].
 In 2010, under supervision of R. Plokhikh were developed PhD thesis of M.A. Hozhaev on theme
"Evaluation of nature potential for development of the territorial recreation systems of Northern Ka-
zakhstan".
 At the present 3 PhD thesis are developing:
– L.B. Bekarystanova on theme "Landscape-ecological basis for balanced nature management (by
example the Karaganda Oblast')", full-time post-graduate student of the 2nd course of the Stolypin
Omsk State Agrarian University (Russia) in the specialty "25.00.26 – Land Management, Cadastre and

– E.A. Tiken on theme "Business Tourism Development in Kazakhstan based on Global Reservation
