• Case #Case A0010 This is a mommy makeover
done the right way. The patient came in to see
several months in advance. She had had three
children. When I saw her (we have pictures
linked from mommy makeover section), she
wasn't obese, but definately overweight. she
decided it was time to regain her body. She
booked surgery and followed by advice to diet
and excerise for three months. When these
pictures were taken, she had lost about 20lbs
and firmed up her muscles. I was then able to
do one session of back lipoconturing via awake
smartlipo, followed at another day by a tummy
tuck and augmentation mastopexy. I love the
results we were able to obtain for her, which
she enhanced by continuing her working out
regimen after surgery.

• Case #Case 0022 I have seen many
women over the years develop very
deep fat compartments in the back.
Basically, there are specific regions
where the body starts storing fat,
separated by skin attachments to
muscle. In addition, she had a lot of skin
laxity. We performed agressive back
microaire power assisted liposuction
followed by a tummy tuck. She stayed
as an inpatient at a hospital overnight. A
tummy tuck alone would have taken
care of the front, but she needed the
back /torso lipo to achieve the results
