KATARIA GROUP was started by
Shri Shobagmal Kataria ( BAUJI )
in the year of 1956 with the name of
KATARIA TRANSPORT COMMPANY
The 1st dealership under the banner
of Kataria was LML – 2 wheeler in the
year of 1984.
JOURNEY continued…..
o Kataria further expanded its wings in the year of 1996 by procuring the dealership of
Maruti Suzuki.
o Another addition of dealership was made in the year of 2003 by procuring TVS motors –
2 wheeler.
o Journey of Growth continued with PORSCHE dealership procured in 2010 and HONDA 2
wheels dealership in 2011.
o Addition of dealership was made in year of 2012 by procuring Bharat Benz - Commercial

Today we have a team of dedicated employee base of more than 7500 in Kataria Group.
Kataria Automobiles has got its wings spread across Gujarat and Karnataka as follows:
• Maruti suzuki – 32 showrooms and 29 workshops
• Nexa brand – 07 showrooms
• PORSCHE – 01 showroom and 01 workshop
• Bharat Benz – 05 showroom and 05 workshops
• TRUE VALUE – 10 showrooms
• Maruti Commercial Vehicles – 02 showrooms
• TVS auto – 02 showrooms and 02 workshop
• Honda – 01 showroom and 01 workshop

To all the new members of the group I would like to congratulate and
felicitate you. We welcome you to the Kataria Family . We expect your
skills and capabilities to get enhanced by the scope of development
provided by Kataria Group. It would be an opportunity to utilize and
sharpen your skillsets for taking this Group to a new height.
We have seen tough times and we ourselves have evolved winners.
Every person associated with us have either won or strived to become
strong. Now, let us take the challenge a bit higher than our past
achievements.
As for the future I would like to boldly announce that we are set to
grow 3 times in the next 10 years. There will be challenges, there will
stoppages, there will be problems. But – the way we have been,
