Introduction
Foremost, good morning.

As you know my name is X and today I’m going to talk about a topic which is
worried for the society.` Health´.



Health’s definition
    In obedience to the world Health Organization, health is the total physical,
     psychic and, social well - being.



Need’s pyramid
For a start, I would like to show you a picture before to introduce the information.
The first fragment you are allowed to read is the physiological needs according to
Abraham Maslow. These must be achieved in order to get next level.



Introduction
Secondly, I have to say Humans are one of most irresponsible beings in health
concerns.
For instance:

Many people create some diets to lose weight or simply to be fit, but here is the
problem: ‘Nobody is conscious of the damage that it is supposing to their body.´

        Information & advices
Then, we have to take into account that our body needs all kind of nutrients such as:
lipids, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, water and minerals as well.
Therefore, our body needs a variety of food to be healthy. Moreover, remember that the
good working of organs is influenced mainly for the absorption of nutrients.
Another thing to keep in mind when we stay healthy is the daily exercise, whether
mental or physical as it focuses on Canary Islands a large population with obesity and
neurological diseases.
Some of the most complete sports and exercises could be:

Swimming, dancing. Go running reading writing, some logical exercises between other,
but I would recommend you doing the aforementioned because these are where you can
burn excess calories and keep your mind busy.

The following point to highlight will be the clothes.

What type of clothes should we wear?

Well, it’s relevant something as if you did not use the appropriated vestment, you
would fall ill. So that, you must have in your wardrobe clothing whose you put on in
each season of year. Thus, you will use them when weather conditions require.
Finally, it would be to desirable that we were to visit our family doctor to do the
necessary tests to verify it.

        Personal opinion
        To sum up, I think it is relative the sedentary life which you have brought
        with yourselves, and although you want to repair this damage it will likely
        affect to your organism.
