  1. 1. Introduction to Healthy Habits: A healthy habit is something that benefits the body and the mind. A person with good habits is likely to have strong self-control and does not indulge in self destroying habits. Good habits is a behavior that is beneficial to one's physical or mental health. It is often linked to a high level of discipline and self-control. Some examples of good habits include: regular exercise, balanced diet, bright eyes, lustrous hair, clean skin, regular checkup etc.

Body: Healthy habit is the ingredient for happy and prosperous, extrovert nature, positive attitude, environmental consciousness, satisfaction and social well being Conclusion: A behaviour that is beneficial to one’s physical or mental health, often linked to a high level of discipline and self- control Examples good habits ----- Apply Regular exercise, consumption of alcohol in moderation, balanced diet, Regular Checkups, etc. Examples bad habits ------ Avoid Smoking, drug abuse, gambling, sexual promiscuity, poor sleep hygiene, high fat-, high red meat diet, etc.

Recommendation for Healthy Habits Balance Diet  Eat a fiber-rich cereal for breakfast  Avoid junk foods  consumption of alcohol in moderation  Don’t Smoke Daily Exercise  Walk least half an hour continuously every morning.  Encourage physical activities that u’ll really enjoy  Yoga, exercise, meditation, tai chi, or just deep breathing for a few moments are all good.

Positive attitude  Build optimism  Be realistic  Be a creature of habit.  Be less stressed (If this inborn trait is hard to overcome, find better ways to manage when you're stressed) Rest and Recreation  Limit TV, video game and computer time  Get at least six hours of shut-eye  Early to bed and early to rise habits

Clean Drinking water  Drink 4 liters of clean water every day.  Use filtered and boiled water  Store water by safely closed caps  Use water guard drops in case Hand washing  Rinse and scrub your hand properly with soap  Wash your hand with clean water  Use hand sanitizer  Trim your finger nails timely
