Equipment
I will be using the Nikon D3200 DX
camera which has a cropped sensor
within the camera body. it has 24.2
megapixels, maximum iso 6400 minimum
iso 100, with Expeed 4 processor, and 5fps
( five frames per second ) capability
This means in able to get the
same amount of frames like a
full frame sensor camera, I
will require to be more far
away from my object
I will be using two different lenses. One of them will be the kit lens, that was included with the camera,
which is the 18-55mm DX F3.5-5.6 cropped lens with the maximum aperture of 3.5 at the 18mm which is
wide angle setting and 5.6 at the 55mm end. Using this lens will allow me to use the capability of the zoom
in small areas like the studio for example.
My main lens will be a 50mm 1.8 prime lens. Which means I will not be able to zoom, however the availability
to shoot with a very wide open aperture will allow me to produce great quality photographs, create a shallow
depth of field and an amazing “bookah” that separates my objects to the background
In case of studio photographs
I will be using the ESDDI
Photography Lighting
Umbrella with 5x 85W 5500K
Studio Light Bulbs. This will
allow me to direct my objects
or models more therefore get
better quality images.
I will also be using a
Flashgun/speedlight ,
which will be the Neewer
TT660 v2 5500k 2.4G
Wireless Professional
Speedlight Flashlight NW
TT660 II with Flash
Diffuser
At last I am going to use my black
and white backdrop for professional
background.
