permission slip for short film

Dear Parent/ Guardian
I would like Kyle to take part in a great opportunity to be a part of our year 13 Media
Studies short film. Kyle will be playing the character of a young child who is separated
from his parents and forced to sit an exam in a time were a new regime is being
implemented to the people of Britain. I would like Kyle to be a part of this as I believe
this will better his acting skills and give him valuable skills which will help him at a
later stage.
The short film will only be used to show to our classmates and teachers so they can
assess the final production to give us our grade, this will also be uploaded to our
coursework blog which will only be used to send an electronic copy to the examiners.
