RADIOLOGY FINDINGS Lobulated mass lesion along the palmar surface of the ring finger Encapsulated Nodular Peritendinous region of the flexor digitorumprofundus Extension along the tendon with circumferential encasement of the tendon Scalloping of the adjacent cortex with no e/o breech / marrow edema. Intermediate signal on T1W,T2W with Hyperintensity on FATSAT squence.

7. GCT / Localised pigmented villonodularsynoitis. Extraarticular form of PVNS Young adults Most common tumor of the hand Tendon sheath / capsule/ synovium GRE – haemosiderin deposits. Nodular / lobulated lesion inrelation to tendon. Contrast ( ? ganglion ? GCT ). +_ Bone erosion.
8. Radiological Responsibility Define contour of the lesion. Define relation to tendon. Prefer Gradient sequence. Prefer CEMR ( helps to differentiate).
