Post Validation Actions
We ironed out all bugs in the system upon noticing how adversely people reacted to them. We also changed our UI to make it more
intuitive for the users. The ensuing changes were then tested in the second round of market validation.

What is our Competitive Advantage?
We compute all expressions symbolically, instead of
hard-­‐feeding them into the system. This means that
we can deal with all variants of solutions that
students can come up with. Errors like the one on
the right are common with other programs, but will
never occur in ours.
For instance, if the answer is , but the student
inputs at variant like , we would still mark him
correct. None of the competitors that we surveyed in
Singapore have this ability. This is extremely
valuable for JC and upper-­‐secondary school
students who mainly study algebraic concepts.
