The syllabus that we offer till grade 8 will be a common syllabus which caters to the needs of IGCSE and CBSE. From
grade 8 onwards, the students can decide from CBSE or IGCSE .In grade 8, almost all the subjects will be taught along with 3
languages where English is compulsory. There will be an option given for the second language and third language. The
languages offered will be Hindi,Tamil and French.
Edexcel IGCSE will be offered at the beginning of grade 9 and grade 10.English and Mathematics are compulsory.
The other subjects can be selected from the list given in the syllabus. Equal weight age is given to all the subjects. The subject
selection should be done in accordance to the future study plan and also the country where the student plans to go for higher
studies.
The students and parents will be counseled in regard to the subject selection by the head of the school. Grade 10
students will be appearing for the board examination. Depending on the subjects and Indian admissions, the school will plan
for the exams in January or May/June.
The whole syllabus for the board examination will be taught for 2 years: IGCSE year 1(Grade 9) and IGCSE year
2(GRADE 10). Students in the age group of 16 to 18 years will be admitted in Grade 11 and Grade 12. We will be offering GCE
'Á' Level in plus one and plus two which will be taught for two years and thereby the board exam will be conducted in grade 11
as well as grade 12.In grade 11,it will be GCE 'AS' Level and grade 12- GCE 'A' Level.

3. The counseling for the students as well as the parents on the above regard will be given by the head
of the school.
In grade 10,the students will be appearing for the board examination. Depending on the subjects and
Indian admissions,the school may plan for the exams in January or May/June.
The whole syllabus for the board examination will be spread over a period of 2 years :IGCSE year
1(Grade 9) and IGCSE year 2( GRADE 10).
Students at the age group of 16 to 18 years will be admitted in Grade 11 and Grade 12.Initially,the
school will be offering GCE ‘Á’Level in plus one and plus two.
It is equally spread over a period of two and the board exam will be conducted in grade 11 as well as
grade 12.In grade 11,it will be GCE ‘AS’Level and grade 12- GCE ’A' Level.
English is compulsory if they want to study in India and few other abroad countries.The selection of
the subjects should be done on the basis of students interest for future education and the country where
he/she wants to study.
The parents and the students will be given counselling on the above areas along with career
guidance by the head of the school .
