2. How are them prepared?
First we make the dough with flour and water, then knead it until it is
with the right texture. We give it an elongated shape and with the
special shape chart we give it the shape of the gnocchi. We leave the
pasta pieces in flour and when they are all we cook them in boiling
water.
Then we will make the sauce that in a while we will mix with the
pasta. The sauce is a mixture of tomato, sausage, onion, oil, wine,
pepper and salt.
When everything is done just mix it.
