Q1: I don’t want to buy a lot, so what is the minimum
payment required to order?
you can buy for a minimum of SR 50, nothing less.
Q2: Will there be an additional charge for the delivery
order?
Yes, an amount of only SR20 will be added to your
payment.
Q3: what are the requirement to having a membership
card?
You will need to make several orders per month for
at least 3 months, depending on each card type:
• black card: 15- 19 times per month
• Silver card: 20-24 times per month
• Gold Card: +25 times per month
Q4: can you track ( know) where is my home cause I
don’t know how to describe ?
yes, you can share your location while creating or
editing your account using Google Maps, which is a
service provided in our mobile apps and website.
Q5: Am I aware of the prices of items (per unit)
before I buy them?
