Job Description & Duties:
Site supervisor for East Park Office Complex.
Perform site inspection of all equipment in the facility like Chillers and
AHUs, Package, all types Air Conditioning Units, Elevators, Emergency
Generators, Water Pumps and Electric Motors, Fire Protection & Detection
System, and Reverse Osmosis Plant.
Perform site supervision and inspection of contractor’s progress in offices
renovation projects.
Perform site supervision and inspection during implementation of all
Maintenance Works such as Civil Works, Mechanical Works, and Electrical
Works in the facility.
Participates in planning of Fire and Emergency Evacuation Drills in the
entire East Park facility, which includes inspection of the Safety of
buildings.
