5. Documents required for filing
Digital Photograph: Before filling H1B application, you need to
keep your digital photographs of 600X600 or 1200X1200 pixel
density ready. The photograph should be in JPG format and size
not more than 240KB. Only color photographs with clear
background can be used.
Complete H1B visa form: H1B visa application, also known as
DS-160 form, is available online at the Department of State
website. Once you complete filling and submitting this application a
bar code number will be generated which is your future reference
for arranging your non-immigrant visa appointment.
6. Create profile and fix appointment: You need to create your
profile in the US visa Service website and schedule appointment
for a visa interview. Make sure to take the appointment within a
year of applying. The appointment date can be postponed only
once and if you miss that date, you will be considered as ‘no-show’

Paying visa fees: In the appointment page you can also locate
