2. The PMTDR application is basically a performance analysis and reward management system for the shell
Global retail business. The core functionality of the PMTDR is to support shell management to identify key
retail performers at different levels using a common set of performance measures called KPIs (Key
performance indicators). The program measures and aggregates KPIs at different organizational levels and
uses a ranking system to order and reward them. It is aimed at driving operational excellence at different
levels by motivating participating Retailers and managers.
Responsibilities:

 Used Filters, prompts, conditional formatting in report studio.
