This is my realization and take home from the course on design thinking.

2. 1. How to see problems deeply towards finding best possible
solutions with alternatives
2. Developing problem statement and finding possible options for
solutions (in a structured way)
3. There is no single solution for any problem. Prototyping and testing
can help redefining the issues toward best suitable option as
solution.

3. 1. After the course I have chalked out some issue to consider for
finding solutions/products development.
2. I am considering two things as to do immediately with my
knowledge I learnt from the course
1. Developing anti-smoking campaign with T-shirts and some other small items such as key
rings, wallet etc.
2. Developing my own plan for fund generation/earning to declare myself as a DEBT FREE MAN by
July 2015.
3. I will use all the knowledge and structures as learnt from the course
to formalize the issue (real focus).

product > modification if needed

4.  I am working as a Business Development Manager in a company
named Centre of Excellence for Leather Skill Bangladesh Limited
(www.coelbd.org).
 I am going to share the knowledge with my colleagues by formal
sessions.
 I am going to implement the knowledge to assist the product
development team (who work to design and develop leather goods)
so that we can develop some innovative products based on
customer real needs and aspirations.
 I am going to exercise the same in finding solutions for
organizational and management (HR) issues.
 I am expecting a good impact of all these toward building a positive
culture in the organization.
