JOHNY ALFONSO ROMERO ROCHA, acting as legal representative of QUOKKA SAS through this
document, being within the legal terms, I interpose COMPLAINT AGAINST GO DADDY INC, GO
DADDY LLC AND AFTERNIC INC, for breach of auction regulations and offers and domain listings,
breach of contract, and compensation payment in behalf of QUOKKA SAS for deception in sale of
marijuana.foundation of ownership of QUOKKA SAS.

since October 18, 2018 of the domain name Marijuana.foundation

I wanted to provide a courtesy update. Unfortunately, it appears that the buyer is getting cold
feet on moving forward, we will continue to work on this but as of now I’m not confident that

8. It is completely clear that there is a deception and bad faith on the part of GO DADDDY IN CY
AFTERNIC INC against QUOKKA SAS owner of the marijuana.foundation domain, since the offer
regulation says that the offer is binding for 7 days, if the domain owner accepts the offer, the
client must pay, QUOKKA SAS, I accept the offer then the client must pay, if the client did not pay
and gave up, customers for offers over 10,000 ten thousand dollars must be certified by GO
DADDY INC and AFTERNIC INC As a result of the foregoing of bad faith, deception and violation of
regulations and contracts, we request that GO DADDY INC and AFTERNIC INC pay QUOKKA SAS
the sum of USD 27,500 for damages.
9. I ask ICANN and the World Trade Organization to investigate Go Daddy INC and Afternic INC
and call for the payment of damages for USD 27,500 to QUOKKA SAS owner of

5. Es completamente claro que se está presentando un engaño y mala fe de parte de GO
DADDDY IN C Y AFTERNIC INC contra QUOKKA SAS titular del dominio
marijuana.foundation, toda vez que el reglamento de ofertas dice que la oferta es
vinculante por 7 días, si el titular del dominio acepta la oferta, el cliente debe pagar,
QUOKKA SAS, acepto la oferta entonces el cliente debe pagar, si el cliente no pago
y desistió, los clientes para ofertas superiores a 10.000 diez mil dólares deben ser
certificados por GO DADDY INC y AFTERNIC INC
Como consecuencia de lo anterior de la mala fe, del engaño y de la violación de los reglamentos y
de los contratos solicitamos que GO DADDY INC y AFTERNIC INC paguen a QUOKKA SAS la suma
de USD 27.500 por daños y perjuicios. SOLICITO QUE LA ICANN Y LA ORGANIZACIÓN MUNDIAL
DE COMERCIO INVESTIGEN A GO DADDY INC Y A AFTERNIC INC Y CONMINEN A GO DADDY Y A
