regulation says that the offer is binding for 7 days, if the domain owner accepts the offer, the

DADDY INC and AFTERNIC INC As a result of the foregoing of bad faith, deception and violation of
regulations and contracts, we request that GO DADDY INC and AFTERNIC INC pay QUOKKA SAS
the sum of USD 27,500 for damages.

5. Es completamente claro que se está presentando un engaño y mala fe de parte de GO
DADDDY IN C Y AFTERNIC INC contra QUOKKA SAS titular del dominio
marijuana.foundation, toda vez que el reglamento de ofertas dice que la oferta es
vinculante por 7 días, si el titular del dominio acepta la oferta, el cliente debe pagar,
QUOKKA SAS, acepto la oferta entonces el cliente debe pagar, si el cliente no pago
y desistió, los clientes para ofertas superiores a 10.000 diez mil dólares deben ser
certificados por GO DADDY INC y AFTERNIC INC
Como consecuencia de lo anterior de la mala fe, del engaño y de la violación de los reglamentos y
de los contratos solicitamos que GO DADDY INC y AFTERNIC INC paguen a QUOKKA SAS la suma
de USD 27.500 por daños y perjuicios. SOLICITO QUE LA ICANN Y LA ORGANIZACIÓN MUNDIAL
