The main purpose of the implementation of the Gwalior development is to meet the demands of the reality
market of Gwalior. The need was felt that the city of Gwalior should be reconstructed and residential project
should come up there for greater benefits.
 To construct a well integrated and self reliant industrial town.
 To undertake of decent and within budget housing projects.
 To encourage building of basic infrastructural facilities like bus stops, schools, colleges, railway station,
airports, parking space and sewage lines.
 To construct recreational project like resorts and hotels.
