Homework due in Wednesday 12th

This year (in year 6), we have worked very hard on understanding grammar – what different
grammar is called and how it is used. For this week’s homework you are going to put this to
good use!
Firstly, you will need to write up to two paragraphs of writing telling us about something
you did during the weekend. Your writing should be descriptive, with cohesion and above all
it should be written neatly with top quality presentation. You then need to find and
underline/circle the following grammatical features:
 Verbs
 Nouns – common, collective, proper and abstract.
 Articles – definite and indefinite
 A relative clause
 A main clause
