do?
He or she obtains building

Preparing and negotiatingcontracts
with buildingcontractors, civiland
structuralengineers and surveyors.
Besides, architect presents
drawings and estimates. As overall
in-charge architects make regular
visits to the site, checkingthe
progress and quality of work. Then,
architects usuallywilldiscusses
problems with the site manager and
civil or structuralengineers untilthe
constructionis complete and ready
for the client's use.
What skills are required
to be an architect?
First, an architect has to have strong
creativity and leadership. Architectalso
must have good mathematical abilityas
well as awareness of current social and
environmental issues. Then, architect
must have strong senseof observation.

ability to sketch and understand
complicatedlegal language relatedto
