Interfacing of NVRAM and Processor for flight data recorder (1 month)
Assigned to study on the interfacingof NV ram with adsp21060 processor.Created flow
charts on the testing of NV ram; it’s read operation and write operation.
Worked on VisualDSP++.It includes three stages: simulation,evaluation,and emulation.
This is used in navigation systemfor data calibration purpose.
It enhanced my knowledge in the field of electronics but also made me familiar with
some of the technologies involved in designing of these circuits.
1. Pattern recognition of texture using SIFT, SURF AND DAISY
Worked on the SURF (Speeded-Up Robust Feature).
It was a Matlab based project for extractingdifferent types of features in image processing.
In this project we showed the comparison between SIFT, SURF and DAISY. And found that
Daisy is moreappreciableand fastmethod for extractingfeatures in images.
2. Power saving street lights
Managed the use of power in street lights applicablefor vehicleand pedestrian
In this street lights gets on with the help of pressuresensors which was placed beneath the
road.
This projectsaves the power in street lights.
