2. PROJECT BACKGROUND:-
 TO GET TO KNOW THE
PERFORMANCE OF THE MECHANICAL
BRANCH IN CIT.
TO KNOW THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF
THE BRANCH.

3. Objectives:-
By this presentation we will get to know about the
performance of mechanical branch in CIT.
The problems faced by the students and teachers in studying.
Achievements of our branch.
Etc……

4. Methodology & Strategy :-
• Individual meet to some students and faculties.
• Studying the performance (marks) secured by the students,
and knowing the reason behind the poor students.
• Getting the suggestions.
• Making some pie charts and table of the performance.
• Knowing extra achievements by the students
Etc….

5. Constraints - Issues & Risks
Meet with teachers during the period hours will not be so
easy.
Students may give fake feedbacks.

6. Communication :-
• Mails to be sent to branch faculties to have a small meet.
• Questionnaires to be made for the students, so that we can
get the feedbacks.
• Tips to be taken from the rankers and the faculties.
