call/s to his mobile no
User is out of office and has set call forwarding to another number which needs to be changed
immediately
 Remote EM(Extension Mobility) Logout
User forgets to logout user profile (EM) before leaving desk which may give unwanted people access
to user’s IP phone.
 Remote Phone Lock
User leaves work desk without locking phone (EM feature is not used by user) which may give
unwanted people access to user’s IP phone.
All the above can be achieved by the user just by dialing a predefined enterprise IVR number and
