SAY THINK DO LOVE MODIFICATIONS Diverting the attention of interviwer to the topic of ur interest RULE THAT EXISTED Either Convince or Confuse Answered few and was not able to answer few Technical Questions Is relevant to the current context. But needs certain modiļ¬cations...... Have very less or no conļ¬dence to tackle engineering related problems at my home.... The course structures we study is either very very basic or too much application speciļ¬c........ We do not have courses and its contents more relevant to our daily lives..... Most of our services are devoted to foreign companies which in turn beneļ¬t their own people. We are not the true beneļ¬ciaries of our own education system.... We are so low when it comes to implementing knowledge we gained over the years in common mans perspectives..... Can be tackled by modifying the curriculum of courses we study... The outcome of education must be in direct beneļ¬t to society we live in..... But was a little afraid as he was bad in Coding. Running high on conļ¬dence Extra curricular achievements Market was very low due to recession Tough times in placements. Hardly people got placed. Only 12% got placed Initially was lost in crowd, later got opportunities exams, competitions & performances Idea was to kill the interviewers time and conļ¬dence when you were on the verge to loose the same College is place where students gain knowledge, identify their potential, and should be nurtured for better future... College should be a place more than aplace where students are just trained for jobs.. Each and every oneās talent must be identiļ¬ed..... More opportunities should be created or they must be made aware of the possibilities after college... Coding should not be the only skill that should be perceived.... They must be trained to improve their communication and extra curriculur activites... They must understand the interviewerās motto of asking any question... so that they dont try to confuse them.... More application oriented and entrepreunership oriented.... One needs to make a mark for himself in college... Students are afraid of recessions and placements because the competition is high.... Students must have Coding Skills Communication skills Extra - curriculur activites.... Students believe in either to CONVINCE OR CONFUSE THE INTERVIEWER... They should try to divert the interviewer in the topic of their interest.... Answer questions which they know well rather getting tensed about questions that they dont know.... More relevant courses in daily life.. Should be beneļ¬cial even to common layman out there... The course structure should be optimised rather being either too speciļ¬c or very basic.. Students lack skills in implementing knowledge to their daily life.... Training is done keeping in mind all the foreign companies in mind who come for plaements.... Training should not be done keeping in mind only the exams or placements.. Students must understand the value of education....
