A. Poshadri is a National Topper in Food Technology in P. G and Ph. D entrance examinations conducted by ICAR, New Delhi. He has a decade of rich experience in R4D in food processing. Prior to joining in PJTSAU, Hyderabad, he was with R&D division of Bambino Agro Industries Ltd, Hyderabad. As a Manager R&D successfully led development projects across diverse product formats Extruded snacks, Pasta, Noodles, Vermicelli, Instant meal mixes, Pickles, Savoury Namkeens, Spice powders, Masala powders, Tastemakers and seasonings. He built strong capability in Product Development, Pilot Plant, Sensory, Stability Testing, Technical Consumer Research, Value chain and Vendor development
