2. Mission Statement
• The House of Hope mission is to provide housing
to the homeless in order to help them reach finical
stability in their personal pursuit of happiness.
3. Program Description
The House of Hope project will enable the homeless
the opportunity to reach finally stability. Our
dedicated team devotes their time into each of our
resident’s individual needs ensuring that all of them
have the housing, means and support to have a
successful life. Our team does all it can to find jobs
for those who are unemployed, provide, comfortable
and clean environment to those in need of housing.
Our goal is to decrease the unemployment rate,
along with the wipe out the homeless population in
our area.
4. Statement of Need
• There are at least 30 people in our area who
don’t have housing, the opportunity to jobs,
food or resources to peruse their career. The
House of Hope reaches out to these people to
take them in, and give them the equal
opportunity that we as middle and upper
classes have, so they can reach finical stability
in their personal purist of happiness and a
successful life.
5. Goals& Objectives
• Our Three main objectives
• Provide housing, food and opportunities to job
to the Homeless.
• Wipe Out the Number of Homeless people in
our area
• Help people reach finical stability in their
personal purist of happiness and a successful
life.
7. Evaluation Criteria and Process
• We will know we are achieve of goals by
wither or not our resident are successful in
there pursuit of happiness. Such as if they
have a job or option to peruse a career. We
will keep charts of each of our residents
progress. Each resident will be on file with a
chart to document all their progress. We keep
finical record and job record.
8. Expenses
• 16 residents at $7.25 hourly= $118,320 after taxes
• House cost $379,000 at a 20 year fixe rate it comes to $31,584
a year to pay off
• Furnishing costs= $5,500
• Utilities per year= Approximant $10,000
• Groceries will be donated and some will be bought
• Grant being asked for: $400,000
That will be used to furnish the house, pay for the first year
mortgage, pay for groceries, and utilities
