2. Our Vision:
Our Mission:
Our Values:
These are what we share…
God
God is one, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Our triune
God is co‐eternal in existence, co‐equal in nature, power, glory, and attributes. (Genesis
1:1‐26, Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14)
The Problem
Humans were created in the image of God, tempted by Satan and sinned. Because of this,
we are all under God’s just condemnation. As a consequence of Adam’s fall, human
nature is totally depraved. This is a problem. (Genesis. 1:26, Genesis 3, Jeremiah 17:9,
Romans 3:10‐20)
The Answer
There is Good News. God saves sinners. He does this by grace, through faith, on the
grounds of the death, and bodily resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Anyone who has a saving faith in Jesus is a new creature, delivered from condemnation,
adopted, preserved and given eternal life. (John 3:14, Proverbs 28:13, 1 John 1:9, John
3:16, Ephesians 2:4‐9, Corinthians 5:17, Romans 8:1)
2
3. Jesus
Jesus is fully God and fully man. Jesus’ incarnation was by way of a virgin birth. He
lived a real and perfect humanity. His teaching has ultimate authority. Everything written
in His Word is infallible. Jesus did the work of atonement for the sin of anyone who
would trust in him by His representative, penal substitutionary suffering and death on the
cross; His bodily resurrection, His ascension into Heaven; His present high‐priestly
intercession for His people; and His lordship over His Church as its supreme Head. We
believe that Jesus will return to judge the living and the dead. (Matthew 1:18‐25, John
1:1, Luke 1:26-38, Romans 5:6-8, 2 Corinthians 5:21)
The Bible
The Bible is God’s Word, and one of the best ways for us to get to know God. The Bible
is fully-inspired in the Old and New Testaments. It is authoritative, sufficient, infallible
and without error in the original manuscripts. Not only does the Bible contain, but is
itself the only written Word of God. We need the teaching of the Holy Spirit for a true
and spiritual understanding of the Bible. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:20‐21, Mark 13:31,
John 8:31‐32, John 20:31, Acts 20:32)
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is important in that we are absolutely dependent on the work of the Holy
Spirit in conviction of sin, regeneration and sanctification, as well as in ministry and
worship. (John 3:5‐8, 14:16‐17, Romans 8:9, 1 Corinthians 3:16, Galatians 5:22‐26)
The Church
3
4. The Church is composed of the people who, through saving faith in Jesus Christ, have
been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ. Jesus is
the Head of the Church. (Ephesians 2:19‐22; Acts 1:8; Ephesians 5:19‐21; Acts 2:42;
Hebrews 10:23‐25)
The Mission
Jesus commanded the Church to go into all the world and make disciples of all peoples,
baptizing and teaching those who believe. (Matt 28:16‐20, John 20:21‐23; Acts 2:42,
Hebrews 10:23‐25)
Jesus Comes Back
We eagerly look forward to when Jesus comes back. We believe in the resurrection of the
body; the judgment of the world by our Lord Jesus Christ; the eternal blessedness of
believers in Christ in the new creation; and the everlasting, conscious punishment of
unbelievers (Matthew 16:27, John 14:3, Philipians 3:20‐21, 1 Thessalonians 4:15, 2
Timothy 4:1, 1 Corinthians 4:5, 1 Corinthians 15, 2 Thessalonians 1:7‐10, Revelation 21‐
4
5. 22, Revelation 20:4‐6,11‐15)
Information about the Place:
Paliparan is situated at the southeastern part of Dasmariñas in the Philippines.
History
Dasmariñas
The origin of the name “Dasmariñas” is “Gómez Pérez Dasmariñas”, a Spanish governor
of the Philippines from 1590 to 1593. After his death, his son Luis Pérez Dasmariñas was
the governor from 1593 to 1596. Pérez Dasmariñas came from San Miguel das Negradas,
Galicia (Spain).
Dasmariñas literally means “from the marines” in the Galician language (NW of Iberian
Peninsula).
According to Agustin de la Cavada in his Historia Geografica, Geologica y Estadistica de
Filipinas, this town started as a barrio of Imus and it was made into an independent
municipality in 1867. The Spanish government named the town of Perez Dasmariñas in
honor of Don Perez Dasmariñas who was the Governor General of the Islands from 1590
to 1593. Chinese oarsmen whom he had hired murdered him. His son, Don Luis Perez
Dasmariñas also lost his life in the hands of the Chinese in 1603. Don Gomez Dasmariñas
was well remembered because he was the one who ordered complete fortification of
Intramuros and the construction of Fort Santiago.
The town of Perez Dasmariñas was founded by the Recollect Fathers in the year 1867
under the patronage of the Immaculate Conception whose feast day is celebrated on
December 8. Perez Dasmariñas was formerly a “visita” of Imus that was also founded by
the Recollect Fathers in 1795. According to records, the first settlers must have arrived in
1861 and were believed to be the families of Gil Tirona, Vicente Guevarra, Eleuterio
Geda and Eustaquio Paulino.
Dasmariñas has a colorful history. On February 25, 1897, the Spanish forces came and
brought destruction to the town and its people. Almost fifty percent of the population was
wiped out during the attack and almost all buildings were burned down except the Roman
Catholic Church which remained undamaged. The Spaniards utilized it as their garrison.
At the coming of the American fleet of Admiral Dewey and the famous naval battle of
5
6. Manila Bay in May 1898, which defeated the Spanish forces under Admiral Montojo, the
people of Dasmariñas under the leadership of Placido Campos, fought and drove away
the Spaniards occupying the town. Noted Filipino generals like Flaviano Yengko and
Crispulo Aguinaldo (elder brother of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo) died in action in
Dasmariñas during the encounters.
The people who resettled back thereafter rebuilt the town that was heavily devastated. So
sooner was it rehabilitated, then in the late 1800s, the Filipinos were again up in arms,
this time against the Americans. Then again, Dasmariñas was annihilated and identity
was lost in a heap of rabble. Two years later, the American regime took over and in 1904,
the town was again reverted to its former distinction as part of Imus. In 1917, however,
Dasmariñas re-gained its recognition as a separate municipality. Consequently, provincial
Governor A. Soriano along with leading officials of the town particularly Placido N.
Campos, Francisco Barzaga, Felipe Tirona and many others, convened and voted to drop
the name “Perez” and retain “Dasmariñas” as its official name.
Today, Dasmariñas is complemented with over 556,000 population (as of 2007). As one
of Cavite’s cities situated within the Metro Manila urban area, Dasmariñas serves as the
main catalyst for a major economic development and sustained growth throughout the
1990s.
Paliparan( The prospective place)
During the Spanish period, the Spanish used to go to this place during weekends to fly
kites of different designs and colors. The first settlers here came from the town of Imus.
Among them are the families of Faustino Alvarez, Flaviano Pakingan, Gregorio de la
Cruz, Pablo Papa, Dominguez and the Martinez. During the Spanish period, this place
became a hiding place for the Katipuneros/ revolucionarios. During the Japanese
occupation, some hide-outs of the guerrillas were found here such as those of the
P.Q.O.G., R.C.T.C. Hunters, Reyes Regimen and Saulog Regimen. On June 1943, the
Japanese ordered the residents to assemble in front of the school and they were not given
food and water from morning until evening. Suspected guerrilla members were killed by
the Japanese.
When Filipino troops of the Philippine Commonwealth Army & Philippine Constabulary
units including recognized guerrillas liberated and batting siege of Paliparan in
Dasmariñas, Cavite around 1944 to 1945 was fought and defeated by the Imperial
Japanese troops and ended in World War II. The casualties are almost 140 killed and
wounded of the Filipino troops and guerrillas and almost 2,400 killed and captured of the
Japanese troops. The general headquarters of the Philippine Commonwealth Army and
Philippine Constabulary was built and stationed in Barrio Paliparan, Dasmariñas, Cavite
from 1945 to 1946 during and aftermath in World War II.
Upon entering this town, most of the people in this place were came in other town or
cities (resettlement area) nearby like manila, laguna, batangas and other places near in the
vicinity. There are also speculations and hearsay about the origin or why this place called
6
7. “Paliparan”. According to the old settlers this is like ghost town because no houses loads
of wild grasses and rough road so that lots of dead body throw on this place, this is also
the favorite spot of the murderer whereas they drag the victim their and killed and again
leave it there in the vast wild grass because no one will see them when they did
something like that, therefore it is called “tapunan ng mga pinapatay na tao” for short
“PALIPARAN”
Subdivisions
This barangay is sub divided into six sitios which are Nyugan (on the west), Crossing,
Paliparan (on the north), Paliparan Ilaya (also on the north), Pook and Burol (on the

because of the many factories and industrial estates that are located here. Among them
are the Monterey, Reynold's Corporation, Molave Industrial Estate and many others.
The population count of Paliparan III is currently in 60,000+ since 2017. It has several

Operational Plan
PRAYER. This is something that must not be neglected or underemphasized. Prayer is
the backbone of every ministry, better yet, it is the backbone of every God loving, fearing
and worshiping Christian. It is like oxygen to the soul, without which, one may not
survive at all. The team would conduct regular prayer meetings in the church or venue
where we will be renting or leasing.
Because God loves us, we want to say "thank you". When you are a not-so-good person
who has been rescued by Jesus, you want to get to know the One who rescued you. We
like to think of it as living lives that say “thank you” to Jesus. We love God. We want to
love God more. We also know that we, as worshippers, are a "work in progress". And
that's just fine.
We Start with the Gospel:
The Gospel really is Good News for people like us. God is in the business of rescuing
people like us from the bad news of our sin. In other words, the Gospel is the Good News
that God saves people who aren't good. And just to clarify, Jesus is the Hero of the
Gospel, not us. God does all of this because He loves us. If this is true (and we believe it
is) then this really is Good News.
8
9. VENUE: Initially, meetings such as prayer meetings or even Bible studies would be
conducted in houses or residences, but eventually a venue would be ideal and feasible.
This venue would be use as office, prayer meetings, trainings, worship gatherings.
Location would probably be somewhere in Paliparan III.
What to Expect
A Friendly greeting: Friendly people will welcome you, help you find your way around,
answer your questions, and make you feel like family.
A place for you & your family: We have a safe and fun environment for the kids to hear
the gospel.
A Time of Music: We will sing a few songs before and after the bible study. They can
sing along or simply listen to the lyrics, whatever makes they feel more comfortable.
A Time of Prayer: God loves to hear from us. So we pray to Him. This will be typically
led by a preacher or musician a few different times during a some gathering.
A Sermon from the Bible: The sermon preached every meeting will focus on a passage
from the Bible to help them understand God better and what it looks like for them to
follow Jesus.
An Opportunity to Take Your Next Step: We want to help them take the next step which
could be as simple as coming back next meeting, visiting them, meeting people from their
neighborhood, or hang out to serve. We will try our very best to make sure that they will
know what options they have for the next step.
Conduct a community Survey
9
10. Sample Questions:
1. Are you an active member of a nearby church?
2. What do you think is the greatest need of this community?
3. Why do you think most people do not go to church?
4. If you were looking for a church, what kind of things would you look for?
5. Are you interested in receiving more information on the new church?
EVANGELISTIC METHODS:
Lifestyle Evangelism
This method is built on the foundation of how one lives, with the idea that one’s life will
lead others to Christ, or at least lead others to ask about him.
Conversational Evangelism (aka Relational Evangelism)
Conversational evangelism is starting a conversation for the purpose of sharing the
gospel; relational evangelism is seeking to relate to the person, looking for permission—
i.e., an open door—to discuss spiritual matters. While they may be technically different,
their general approach is the same: sharing the gospel during a normal conversation.
Conversational evangelism is the method most often used by Jesus. It involves finding
ways in normal, everyday conversations to share the gospel with someone else. This can
occur in a store checkout line, at a sporting event, on an airplane, or almost anywhere. Or
this is what we called “chismis or tambay” evangelism.
Creative Evangelism: Music, drama, dance and film used to present a gospel message.
10
11. Since many people are enjoying party like fiesta or festival this would help us to present
the Gospel in such like this simple event.
Web Evangelism: The Gospel message is shared through the internet on a website.
Many people today (netisen) have facebook, instagram, twitter account. We can use it to
reach them.
CHURCH STRUCTURE – we will start with home base first and then plan to buy lot,
since Paliparan is resettlement area it is a privilege to us to buy a not so high prize of lot
there.
EARLY DEVELOPMENT STEPS – Prayer is vital. On site we will have Jericho Walk
challenge whereas each of us will take a pace to that barangay while whispering and
uttering a prayer to that place.
ANTICIPATED CHALLENGES AND SOLUTION – One of the possible challenges
would be encounters are discrimination, anticipation, age-gap, religious feuds and
illiteracy. These would lead to reject the Gospel. Most people there are low educational
attainment so that we must be very careful in presenting the Gospel in a way that they
will get the ideas or the notion that Jesus died for their sins. Another challenge is the
time. Since most of them are in their houses cleaning and do some other house chores,
then their availability would be a problem. Now in this regard one just have to be very
patient at the same time quick to grab opportunities that may present itself to share the
love of God to them.
Lastly, once the church is up and running, then it’s time to promulgate authority
and who will take good care our church there.
