Letter of Recommendation
for Dhananjay V. Barbade
Toulouse, 21 February2016
To whom it may concern
Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
As the responsible course coordinator of the Professional Master track "Techniques
Spatiales et Instrumentation" (Space Techniques and Instrumentation) of the University
Toulouse III, I know Mr. Dhananjay V. Barbade as an outstanding student since fall2014.
In September 2015, Dhananjay V. Barbade graduated from our master course, after an
internship at Angstrom Laboratory, Uppsala University, Sweden, entitled "Prototype
Development of Alumina Based Microthruster using High Temperature Cofired Ceramics
(HTCC) Technology". The work of Mr. Barbade was highly appreciated by his internship
director (grade 16.5/20, i.e. "very good"); independently the thesis was rated "very
good" by an externalreviewer.

Even before coming to Toulouse, Dhananjay had demonstrated his qualities and strong
motivation for our field (which were the reason he was admitted at the M2 TSI) by cultivating
various technical skills required in the field and completing an internship in design of
spacecraft platform at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland.
Dhananjay not only impressed me by his skills in science, and as a motivated, well organized,
and hardworking student, but also by his very positive attitude and leadership abilities. He has
demonstrated perseverance and commitment during the time I interacted with him, both as his
teacher and coordinator of the Master course. I am certain that Dhananjay will do well in any
professional or academic setting and strongly recommend him.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
