-Paragraph 1: in which you mention the name/type,
time, place and reason for celebrating this event.
-a MAIN BODY: It could be divided in two
paragraphs
-Paragraph 2: preparations (decorations, rehearsal /
or background history)
-Paragraph 3: description of the actual event
(costumes, food, activities..)
-a CONCLUSION
-Paragraph 3: feelings, comments, final thoughts
