§ Green bonds limited: green bonds are complex to issue,
only possible for large corporates
§ Credit rating: SME companies in APAC lack credit
rating/history to access banking products
§ No bank products: no standard, affordable loan products
available from banks
à Lack of green finance options limits projects to expensive
