Modernize the Military-to-Veteran Ecosystem
Next Veterans partners with veteran employers to reform the military-to-veteran ecosystem. First, is ​Career
Readiness​, where the military facilitates strategic and robust citizen leadership development, thus enhancing
sustainment of tactical value and lifelong veteran-based recruitment. Second, is ​Patient Agency through
veteran-enculturated services, where we are informed and prepared to manage health and healthcare
decisions and practices, because there is equitable and fair reimbursement rates to incentivize providers.
Third, is ​Psychological Resiliency through continuous, personalized access to text-based services that lead
effective responses to disability stress and trauma anxiety, fostering valuable grit, which is a hallmark of
successful leaders.
Match Veteran Leaders to Critical Opportunities
Next Veterans partners with MATCH (501c3) to prepare military leaders for lifelong impacts in critical
opportunities, across sectors. Our priority is ensuring that all military personnel have independent verification
of their experience-based capability and achievement, throughout and after service. MATCH performs
market-weighted assessments to deliver certification of individual’s emerging value within leadership
functions, such as project oversight, operational logistics, quality control, and team performance. In parallel,
Next Veterans analyzes and prepares for critical opportunities in markets, such as ​Corporate Merger
Transitions​, ​Global Food Security​, ​Risk-Controlled Insurance​, and ​Waste-Based Synthetic Fuels​. We are
preparing the veteran leaders who will be the executives, entrepreneurs, lobbyists, and legislators impacting
these markets.
Build Rigor in Evidence-Based Leadership
Next Veterans partners with Aplin Labs (R&D) to bring rigor and respect into policy debates, and prepare
veteran leaders to do the same. Aplin Labs leads the market in the application of scientific methods to
organizational behavior. Their tools and techniques are essential to evidence-based leadership, in every
sector. A priority for Next Veterans is making visible to all citizens the returns on investments of discretionary
spending in government programs, including the veteran service ecosystem. Our internal policy campaigns will
create powerful learning experiences for veteran leaders. Through strategic cooperation, Next Veterans will
provide market-valued credentials for veterans who learn rigorous Aplin Labs methods through courses and
fellowships.
