average growth of 0.31% per year. Based on ginger production
data in 2011, as many as 21.78% of ginger in Indonesia came
from Central Java province later in West Java (20.82%), East
Java (15.37%), South Kalimantan (5.55%), North Sumatra (5.32%),
Lampung (4.92%), Bengkulu (3.34%) and the remaining 22.90% is
the contribution of the other provinces.
