ABOUT THE COLLEGE
GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION
In the Year 1965, the Government of Tamilnadu started
Periyar EVR College in Tiruchirappalli, the central part of
Tamilnadu, naming it after the great thinker and social reformer,
Periyar E.V. Ramasamy who generously donated Rs. 3.5 Lakhs
and 9.65 acres of land for the exclusive purpose of imparting
higher education to the people in the around Tiruchirappalli.
Presently the college offering 14 UG programmes, 13 PG
Diploma programmes with around 3000 students.
Original papers are invited on the theme and sub-themes
of the seminar from academicians and practitioners.
Abstract should be in about 500 words including 5-6 key
words. Full paper should be in MS Word, Times New
Roman 12 point, with 1.5 line spacing, fully justified and
should not exceed 4500 words. The front page of the paper
should provide details of author’s name, affiliation /
organization, e-mail address and telephone number.

The department of commerce had been up grade as a research
center by Bharathidasan University with 15 Full Time research
supervisors and there are 38 research scholars pursuing Ph.D.
Three major research projects sponsored by UGC and ICSSR
are in Progress in the department. Last year, the department
conducted a National Seminar on “Financial Inclusion for
Inclusive Growth” sponsored by UGC.

 Co-author(s) also has/have to pay separate Registra-
tion fee.
 DD should be drawn in favour of Organizing Secretary, Department of Commerce, Periyar EVR college payable at Trichy.

PUPLICTION OF ARTICLE
Only selected article will be published in an
International Journal with ISSN. The author will be
informed about their publication. Publication charge per
paper is Rs.750/.
TRAVELLING ALLOWENCE
