2. BACKROUND
 Vocational high school (smk) is educational institutions that
focus on the learning process of knowledge, abilities, and
skills. The purpose is produce graduates who are ready to
work in the DU / DI as well as one loaded to hike all the
students in the classroom and work practices required to
implement industrial (prakerin).
 Bantarkalong state vocational schools are schools that have
the overriding goal to produce students who are ready to work
in the DU / DI, and therefore all the students dropped directly
into the field with the first given in the form of debriefing skills
competency in accordance with their respective programs.
INTENT AND PURPOSE
As for the intent and purpose of such Prakerin:
1.add insight and experience to the next
2. increase knowledge gained in the field
3. broaden the perspective of the knowledge gained with
the reality on the ground, as well as a requirement to
take the exam

3. TUNE-UP 5 K (TOYOTA KIJANG
A. Examination VOLUME AND QUALITY OIL
Check the height of the oil
1.Check the height of the oil should be at the mark L and
F, if Grama low, check for leaks and then add oil to
the mark F, use oil API service SE.
2. Replace the oil filter (filter) filter open with SST
(09228-22020)
3. To install, tighten the oil filter by hand.
4. After starting the engine, check the oil there may be a
leak.

4. B. CHECKING THE VALVE AND SET GAP
Stel slit valve
A gap between the valve stem valve measured by roker
arm. That dstel only valve designated by arrows only.
Standard sizes from 0.20 to 0.30.

5. C. IGNITION SYSTEM WORKS
1. Inspection and adjustment of spark plug gap
Stel spark plug gap
Check each spark plug gap using a gap gauge, use a spark
plug gap gauge.
Machine 5 K: 0.71 to 1.0
2. High Voltage Cable Inspection
High-voltage cables
• examination leakage in the spark plug wires
• Check the cable resistance is less than 25 K Ω
3. Rotor Inspection
• Rotor premises back quickly after rotated clockwise and
removed
• The rotor should not be too loose
4. Inspection and penytelan Platina
If platinum is badly burned or pitted should be replaced stel rift
platinum and spring retaining block gap: 0.45mm
5. Examination Vacum Advencer

6. D. CHECKING THE BATTERY
Density Checker
• Check the specific gravity of the electrolyte with a
hydrometer. Density: 1.25 to 1.27 at 20C
• Check the amount of electrolyte in each cell
• Check the voltage between terminals (+) cells (-)

7. E. CHECK THE COOLING SYSTEM
1. Examination of Pressure / Leak Radiator
Check for leaks aair the radiator pump if there
is a leak
2. Check the radiator cap if the cap work
already from limit from 0.75 to 1.05 with a
standard 0.6 kg/cm2 kg/cm2
F. SET KALBULATOR
Round adjustment Idle
Stel round idle on laps specification with a detour
round the idle adjustment bolt:
2K, 3K-H, 5K: 750 rpm
4K (KF): 600 rpm
5K (KF 40, 50): 750 ± 50 rpm

8. G. PRESSURE compression
1. Heat engines
