Create your own stacks of questions or use public stacks to reflect yourself.
How to create your own Stack
Register or Log In
Click

Enter the name of your new stack.
You can also enter a description (optional)
Click
Your stack is now created and you can start to add questions.
By hovering over the stack name with the pointer the description becomes visible.
How to use public stacks
Click

Enter the public key of the stack you want to import.

2. How to add questions to your stack
Click
Enter your question.
You can also choose a category for your question. (Optional)
If you want to make your question visible for others, check the box below.
Click to finish
You can also add public questions to your stack:

You can now choose a category in which to search for a question.
Pick a question and click on
You can now edit the question or add it directly to your stack by clicking on

If you now open up Reflect on your phone,
You can pick your stack and answer your questions.
The following voice commands help you to navigate the App:
“Kevin, help please”
“Kevin, skip question”
“Kevin, repeat question”
The App will transfer your spoken answers into text.
You can access your answers on your profile page.
Click on the question and your answers will be shown.
3. How to export answers
Click
The Export Wizard shows a list of your stacks and the number of questions in every
stack.
Click on to download your questions and answers as .txt file onto your
computer
or
Click to send your questions and answers via email to yourself or
others.
