1) The document discusses requirements and how they are often mental illusions that stop people from pursuing their goals and dreams.
2) It provides the example of Madeline Stuart, an Australian teenager with Down Syndrome, who decided to become a model despite being told she did not meet industry requirements due to her condition. She has since found success through social media and television appearances.
3) The conclusion is that people often allow societal and environmental definitions to determine what requirements they need, but that starting is the first step regardless of perceived qualifications or conditions. You qualify by starting.

How I know you qualify
1. Listening to your self
alone, and shutting out
the noise, that paints
you as not good enough.
2. That right now you are
having more than 60,
000 thoughts on a daily
basis that could account
for the solu-
tions you are
asking.
3. That you
have people
around you
who believe
you regardless
of what the
environment
portrays, usu-
ally your parents.

Introduction
Hello there, thank you for taking some time to read through the second se-
ries of Live Full Magazine. In this series you would learn why some require-
ments are blockades that stops people from starting an endeavour and what
you can do about it.
What are Requirements?
Here is how I have come to understand what requirements are. About two
months ago, I was speaking in a gathering of aspiring young models and my
engagement was to talk about “Building Confidence and Assertiveness Skill”,
during my presentation, I asked the models the requirements to become a
successful model, and got replies like the expected height, size, carriage, intel-
ligence, outlook and some other standards set by the Modeling Agencies. I
then asked almost immediately if one who intends to Model does not have
those qualities, are they still qualified to become models? The room became
quiet as not one of them could give an answer to this question. The trouble
with most of us is that we have allowed the society and environment around
us to define what requirements we need to keep going in life, soon you would
decipher if there are really requirements or they are mental illusions.
A Model with Down Syndrome
Madeline Stuart, an Australian teenager with flat facial features, small head and
ears, short neck, bulging tongue, eyes that slant upward, oddly shaped ears,
poor muscle tone, this is the description of someone who standards told she
could not become a model, because she suffers from a condition called Down
Syndrome. Today she is in the news headlines as she walks her way to be-
come a supermodel that is changing the modeling industry because she de-
cided that the requirements are not enough to stop her from who she
wants to be. Today having
made lots of commitment via
her social media pages, she is
making television appearances
around the world and had
her inspirational story picked
up by international media
publications. Her condition
was coupled with a cardiac
issue and much body weight,
she defied the requirements,
and what those
whose condi-
tion appears
better than
hers, could not

ing a comedy

what is stop-
ping you? Do
you see trag-
edy? Because you feel you do
not qualify, it is your choice
to understand that the re-
quirements you have now
qualifies for a start and is
good enough knowing that
