1) INTRODUCTION
1.1 Description:
When you are running an online store, it is difficult to monitor your online
store all the time. So here is the simple way to track your online store, OSC
MageAdmin Mobile App.
It allows you to monitor your store remotely. It is one of the latest Application
which will help you to track your real time store data, like today's sales, new
order, new customer, stock alert..... many more. Easiest and simplest way to
keep eye on your e-store.
1.2 Features:
Overview Report:
 Display the collation of Today's Sales, Today's Order, All Orders
(Configurable).
 Shows the number of new Customers (Configurable) and All Customers.
 Displays sales report of a store.
 Easy access to all the detailed reports.
Order Report:
 List of New Orders.
 Order based on Date range and their status in the chronological order are
shown.
 Order details such as customer information, address, item, quantity, price
are shown.
Customer Report:
 Display new customer list.
 Display Detailed Customer Information along with the Order
information
 Customers details like name, phone no, email id, address, number of
orders and their order time.

Stock Alert Report:
 Display the information of product stock quantity which have in critical
stage.
Today's Sales:
 Get the information of individual Order Sales and Total Order Sale of
Current Date.
 Total number of order on the current date and their detailed information
are shown.
Abandoned Orders:
 Display the information of number of cart abandonment and the tracking
of customers.
 Simple, step-by-step analysis of your cart abandonment.
Site Health:
 To help you identify and prioritize the most important issues on your
site.
 App gives notifications on your phone whenever App health monitor
detect certain problems or issues like CPU usage, size of log table, Cron
job and Indexing.

2) HOW TO SET UP
2.1 Download OSC MageAdmin Connector (Module):
OSC MageAdmin module is free and you can download it from the
http://www.oscprofessionals.com/mobile-application/osc-mageadmin-mobile-app/
2.2 Installing OSC MageAdmin Module:
▪ After Downloading the module, please unzip it.
▪ Use Ftp client (such as filezilla, cuteFTP etc) to copy or upload all folder
of unzipped file into your Magento®
site root folder. This will not
overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure.
▪ After uploading is done, log in to your Magento®
administration panel to
refresh cache. Go to System --> Cache Management. Select all caches
and take action “Refresh” then submit.
▪ In your Magento®
backend, please access
System --> Configuration --> Advanced --> Advanced
if you can see the "Oscprofessionals_Magemobapp" tab, it is installed properly.

3) HOW TO USE
3.1 Log in to the OSC MageAdmin Application:
Install the OSC MageAdmin module and application on your device, then, the
first thing you will see the login page of the application. To get started with
your application, you must provide the url, admin username and admin
password of the store or you can try our demo by tapping on the demo link
with default sample data.
Note: Admin need full permission.

3.2 Dashboard Page:
After login the application, you will see the Dashboard page, where following
information are shown
 Numbers of the Today's orders, All orders.
 Numbers Today's customer, All Customers.
 Total sales of the current date.
 Product Stock which have been in critical stage.
If you want to see the data of another store then you have to change the store
from the edit and then, switch store which is discussed in later section in this
document.

3.3 Today's Order Report:
To access the current date order report tap the today's order on the menu. You
can see the list of orders including sales and order details over specific period
of time. After tapping each list you can see the detail of that order.
3.4 All Orders Report:
To analyse all order report, tap the all orders tab on the menu. List of all orders
which have been placed in last 7 days (These number of days for which orders
are to be displayed, can be changed from Configuration --> Mage Mob App).
After tapping each list you can see the detail of that order.

3.5 Today's Sales Report:
Tap on the today sales, tab of the menu to see the details of sales and total sales
of the current date.
3.6 Today's Customer Report:
To view newly registered customer, tap on the customer button, here you can
see the customer list who registered on current date. After tap on each list you
will see the customer details like name, phone number, address, emaid id along
with order details.

3.7 All Orders Report:
Order button on the menu column is tabbed to access order report. All orders
placed by a customers are displayed in the list. The name of that product, price
and its status is being displayed. The date of the placed order is also being
shown here.

3.8 Stock Alert Report:
In this section you can see the product's stock which have been in critical stage.
All the product have been displayed according to the number of availability of
the stock. Just Tap on the stock alert tab to see the details.

3.9 Abandoned Orders:
To view the Abandoned cart details, tap on the Abandoned Orders from Menu.
Here you can see the list of customer's who abandoned the orders.
The Store wise list of abandoned order will show the order number, date, time,
quantity, price along with customer details like name and email id.

3.10 Site Health:
To monitor the site health status, tap on the Site Health from Menu. In
this section you can see the Web page, Server load, Index management,
Schedule tasks(cron), Log report. You can view on overall report of site like
home page, memory usage, customer log, URL log etc.

3.11 Multi store:
In case your online store is multi-store, you can easily switch between different
stores. Just tap on Switch Store from Menu and select you store name. Now you can
view all the above reports for your individual store.
