● Works for non-past
verbs/adjectives/nouns

4. Forming the negative
Add さDrop -いfrom -ないAdd そうだ
-なさそう
だ

泣く泣かない泣かな泣かなさそう

“Looks like someone/something won’t cry”
来る来ない来な来なさそうだ
“Looks like someone/something won’t come”
