Without mindful awareness, the shadows of
your past may haunt your present.

Reflection When our sense faculties are used wisely,
there will be more peace and harmony.

Do we all have true harmony?
Reflection
When there is harmony within ourselves, with
others and the environment,
arising in the mind will be greater joy,
happiness, peace and contentment.

When will we be truly happy?
Reflection
The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of
every thing, they just make the best out of everything
that comes their way . Unknown

Oh Delusion, Oh Hatred
and Oh Greed
Reflection
Greed, hatred and delusion are
the greatest Dangers of Mara.
They lead to pain and grief here and hereafter –
a life of Dukkha.

Are causing suffering indeed
Reflection
The root cause of suffering is ignorance and craving or tanha.
This in turn leads us to our actions of loba, dosa and moha.
( Loba is Greed; Dosa is Hatred; Moha is Delusion )

When will we walk The Middle Path…

The Middle Path is the Noble 8-Fold Way.
May we walk this Path ardently come what may.

When we walk The Noble 8-Fold Path
diligently,
happiness, peace, joy and wisdom
will grow certainly.

Life is uncertain, Death is certain and Death can come so suddenly.
The Fools caught by the lures of the senses do not see the urgency.

What is to come to you, what will it be like, your destiny,
is shaped by your Kamma,
the Dhamma you practice heedfully.

bring to the mind guilt, fear and worry.
The practice of Dana or Giving helps cut our greed.
Dana is indeed a most virtuous and wholesome deed.

Mental purification is called Bhavana in Pali.
Learn Dhamma, meditate,
you’re on the way to end misery.

by Dana and Sila,

Attaining the Peace and Happiness of the Arahant is truly great.

This is what’ll bring us true Peace and Bliss, the
end of Dukkha.

The recklessness of the fools can bring much suffering to all.
This is unwholesome, when’ll the fools
heed the Wise Noblemen’s call?
