Each one prays<br />And prays all the time<br />We do it to get a deeper message as we know<br />

Every life needs its altar.<br />It may be some place… <br />It may be a moment in the day, <br />or just a mood of the heart…<br />

The spiritual life must have somewhere its altar. <br />From there life gains its poise and direction.<br />

The universal mind wants to show us things <br />That only we can understand by living what we are living, <br />And by being in the place we are now.<br />

We have a faith that in our prayer we can get<br />

For every storm-a rainbow, <br /> For every tear-a smile, <br /> For every care-a promise <br /> and a blessing in each trial.<br /> For every problem life sends <br /> a faithful friend to share, <br /> For every sigh a sweet song <br /> and answer for each prayer!<br />

Remember:<br />Real peace is not in the power, money, or weapons, It comes from deep within…<br />

When we give our self the gift of sacred time <br />in a special place, <br />we are feeding our spirit <br />

To understand what inner freedom means, <br />imagine the state of the happiness, calmness, <br />relaxation and peace of mind of deep sleep<br />

But combined with full awakening <br />and awareness for the needs of your soul<br />

Soul manifests master consciousness through the "higher self “.<br />It has more “beyond survival” awareness than self-consciousness<br />

Higher self does not command, direct, or even choose for us.<br />When necessary it may act through our subconscious.<br />

The conscious self is an extension of the soul and is omnipresent with human from the birth.<br />It begins with a blank slate and is invoked in the course of our life experience<br />

Conscious self makes decisions and rules person's affairs by will.<br />It may seek the guidance of the higher self by spiritual attunement, introspection,<br />contemplation, striving for ideals<br />

Basic self of the child develops in the womb and has an intimate relationship with the consciousness of the mother.<br />Conscious self is essentially programmed by the genetic pattern of heredity<br />

It can also be conditioned or trained through experience as well.<br />In initial years, it is the dominant consciousness of us as a child, <br />and conscious self grows with us.<br />

Conscious self moves between the ideals of the higher self and the physical and emotional instincts of the basic self.<br />

Our sensory organs focus on specific parts of our environment, evaluate our feelings,<br />

And use our mind to remember, imagine, follow associations, reason with logical steps, and receive intuitions.<br />

We can only use handful of memory at any one time in our conscious awareness.<br />

Our higher self always has full access to the total information which is accessible to the subconscious.<br />

People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. <br />But the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air,<br /> But to walk on earth. <br />

Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don't even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child -- our own two eyes. <br />All is a miracle.<br />

We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable <br />worth listening to, <br />worthy of our trust, <br />sacred to our touch. <br />

There are four questions of value in life... <br />What is sacred? <br />Of what is the spirit made?<br /> What is worth living for, and <br />What is worth hoping for? <br />The answer to each is the same.<br /> Only LOVE!<br />
