Shelton, Will Wanvig, Jake Wattenbarger, Tami Wattenbarger, Tom Wattenbarger, Alan

Meeting Minutes from August were approved as written.
Financial Report:
Horst reports there is $1986.00 in the Warm Springs account. Warm Springs is now a church budget
item - $2500 yearly.
Business:
Trip to Baptist Church – Jake M, Jake W and Jake (apprentice of Jake May) put in new sinks at
the Baptist Church.
New Board Member – welcome Jake Wattenbarger. He is excited about trips for the college
age and has started a sign up list.
Bike Shed for ECE – Tom W has 5 men ready to go build the bike shed on Dec 12-14.
Mission-Minded Men – Richard and Horst report that the Men’s Breakfast was very receptive
and excited about Warm Springs. $55 was given as an offering to the mission.
WS Community Prayer Event – Richard and Jeanne are hoping to start a once a month prayer
gathering in Warm Springs beginning in January 2009.
8x8 Walk In Fridge – Mike Hopkins will be delivering an 8x8 walk in fridge to Canyon Ranch
Camp on Willow Creek on Friday, Nov 14. Canyon Ranch Camp borders the reservation and
will put this to use for camps to serve the native people.
Canyon Ranch Camp – Pastor Tom, Horst Matschukat, Bill Weller and Tom Wattenbarger will
be travelling to Canyon Ranch Camp in December to help owner Gladys Grant plan for the
future of the camp. Gladys desires our church to carry the torch for her when she is no longer
able. Praise the Lord we have been found faithful to serve the native people!
Christmas Party –Peggy Fox has formed her team and they are on schedule for the party on
Sat., Dec. 6.
Pastor Rick’s Mom – $100 to be sent to Pastor Rick of the Presbyterian Church in remembrance
of his mother. Motion was made and approved.
